Privacy Policy
This page explains what information the ArkOne / TTYBOT website collects, how it is used, and what happens when you submit an access request.
What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how the ArkOne / TTYBOT website handles information when you visit the site, request access, or use links to related platforms and services.
The site is designed as a public product and access page for ArkOne. It is not a full user-account platform today, so the main information flow is limited to website usage data and access request submissions.
Information we collect
If you request access or ask for a download link, we may collect the email address you submit, the platform choices you select, a label describing the request, and the time the request was created.
Like most websites, the site and its hosting providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and basic diagnostic or security records needed to serve the site.
How we use information
We use submitted contact information to log access requests, organize platform interest, respond when a release path opens, and operate or improve the ArkOne launch flow.
Technical information is used to host, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the site, and to prevent abuse or misuse of the access request system.
Where information is stored
Access requests may be stored through infrastructure used by the site operator, including website hosting and, when configured, database services used for production intake handling.
At the time of this policy, the site may use Vercel for hosting and may use Supabase for production lead or request storage when enabled.
Sharing and external services
We do not describe the site as selling personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help host, secure, or operate the site, but only as needed for those services.
The site also links to third-party destinations such as Reddit, Facebook, Meetup, app stores, and other external websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and ArkOne is not responsible for them.
Retention
We keep access request information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the launch, follow up on requests, maintain records, or meet legitimate operational, security, or legal needs.
We may delete, aggregate, or de-identify request information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit your email or platform interest information, but that means we may not be able to send you a release or download link later.
If you want a submitted access request reviewed, corrected, or deleted, use the contact path made available through the ArkOne / TTYBOT service or reply through the release communication channel you used with us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a launch-stage website, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You should avoid sending sensitive personal information through the access request form, because the site is intended for launch interest and platform access requests, not for confidential communications.
Children
The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children through the access request flow.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as the product, infrastructure, or legal posture changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a refreshed effective date.
